Our first ever party! It’s crazy to think this was over a year ago. I can’t wait to do a comparison between us now as opposed to then. Once we moved in, we decided to host a house warming party 2 days before I started my dream job. This was the last time that a lot of my college friends were all together before they all went and started their dream job. Lots of lasts that night!
Instead of getting all emotional, we decided to host the best house warming party we knew how: fiesta theme of course – all while working on a BUDGET. This was a must since the whole “not job” yet thing…. Since this was day 2 of us living together, we also wanted to get pieces that would last through many more house parties. Below I listed and linked our must haves for this party that brought the whole thing together, and have lasted through a whole year of parties, events, and boy dishwasher loading…
The cookies were a wonderful gift from a close friend’s mom. She is CRAZY talented, and we are lucky enough to have gotten some of her famous cookies.
