Chances are, no matter what size your kitchen is, you’re always wishing you had more *space*. Well, you’re not alone. Between my friends with their kitchen in their new homes and my friends with small NYC apartment kitchens they all want the same thing - more space.
Unfortunately, I can’t always help you add more physical space to your kitchen (especially if you’re a renter like me). What I can do is share with you my 4 storage hacks that have completely transformed the way we use the space in our kitchen. Ever since using these 4 things our kitchen has felt so much more organized, efficient, and way less overwhelming to use. What’s even better? You can transform your kitchen with all of these tools under $15.
SHELF RISER
If you’re anything like us, we have way TOO MUCH STUFF. Just period. I don’t know how it happened, but one day it hit me. Like, really we have too much stuff that we just can’t *seem to part with*. Somehow, it all seems to get used too! I’m talking about all of our plates, bowls, and glassware. These shelf risers have really transformed our plate storage from something of a stacked mess to an organized and less hazardous display.

THE LAZY SUSAN
I think the lazy Susan is our most utilized storage hacks in our apartment. I have them EVERYWHERE. In our pantry storing all the oils and spices, under our kitchen sink storing all the cleaning supplies, and I even use them to store all my makeup in my bathroom. These spinning platforms are a GAME CHANGER when it comes to hacking your small storage space.

DRAWER ORGANIZERS
I know, I know, these things are everywhere. I was debating sharing them because chances are you already have them, or at least know about them. However, if you already have them, you know the power of them. I have these bamboo ones from Ikea and they have really been a game changer for our kitchen organization. I really love these black and clear ones for a really chic and minimal look too.

OVER THE SINK DRYING RACK
If you have very little counter space (like me), chances are you don’t have much space for a drying rack to sit out on your counter space. I recently discovered this roll up over the sink drying rack and it has really changed how cluttered our kitchen looks. Since it rolls out over the sink you don’t have to worry about all the water from your wet dishes getting on your countertop too. Once your done, this bad boy just rolls up and can be stored away!
